STEP 1. PURPOSE - Aligning coaching with purpose, values and strategy.
We commence with a guided session to define the value and purpose of coaching for your organisation, creating a clear vision and objectives for coaching to inform, direct and guide framework design, capability planning, embedment and support.
- Understand your organisations’ purpose, principles, and values, along with your strategic vision and plan.
- Identifying key challenges and define desired workplace culture, behaviours, and capabilities.
- Discuss and identify opportunities for coaching to support the achievement of your strategic objectives.
