The Open Door Leader

Ready to empower your leaders with the insights, confidence and support
to
build high-performing teams who
think creatively and act courageously?

The Open Door Leader is a comprehensive program, developing compassionate leaders who can confidently navigate people leadership to inspire, motivate and coach teams to embrace a

Can-Do, Will-Do approach to work.

LEADERSHIP IS ONE TOUGH GIG...

Although employees are relying on their leaders more than ever before, many are struggling with people leadership.

They're feeling overwhelmed by the ongoing complexity of people issues, behaviours and challenges

They want to empower their team, however, struggle to drive outcomes without micromanaging.

They're being pulled in many directions - answering questions, giving direction and putting our fires.

"Managers today are expected to be superheroes. New and added responsibilities now include managing hybrid teams, providing work flexibility and ensuring employee well-being. At the same time, organizations are asking managers to do even better with existing responsibilities, such as managing changes, hiring critical talent and driving productivity"

- Gartner, 2023

Stressed Woman_edited_edited.jpg

They're feeling the pressure - and it's showing.

They've lost confidence, second guessing their actions, and avoiding the difficult conversations

Their approach can be abrasive at times, impacting relationships and trust

They're flipping between different strategies and tactics, and getting nowhere.

Because leaders have a direct and significant impact on team culture and performance, there are growing concerns about the impact of ineffective leadership.

The rise of defensive behaviours like avoiding ownership, assigning blame, making excuses, and denying responsibility.

The challenges of low morale and engagement, coupled with elevated turnover and absenteeism

The potential loss of high-performing team members who are unable to experience the autonomy, opportunities, and development they crave.

With the right
know-how and support,
your leaders can develop the mindset, confidence and behaviours to
Build Trust, Empower Initiative and
Inspire Action
with even the most challenging teams.

Picture this...

Your leaders are thriving - calm, composed and energised.

They understand the key drivers for behaviour, responding compassionately and tailoring support for each team member.

Leveraging neuroscience, they shape an environment fostering collaboration, solution-focused thinking, ownership and accountability.

Teams experience a renewed sense of purpose and motivation, taking initiative, sharing ideas and embracing new challenges.

Coaching becomes the cornerstone in your leaders' toolkit, cultivating a culture where learning and continuous improvement is actively pursued.

Change occurs organically as your people proactively adapt to the anticipated needs of your environment and customers.

You can feel the positive energy.

You can finally step back, focusing on the bigger picture, assured that your people have it covered.

The Open Door Leader is not a program that overloads leaders with theory, processes and models
to implement after 3 full days of training.

Because effective leadership development doesn't work that way.

Learn with me across
8 Modules

Every 2 weeks, leaders will join me in a 2hr live interactive session to learn with me and their learning cohort.

There will be no need to worry about missing a session. All leaders are provided access to a library of recorded modules they can revisit time and time again.

Implement Learning with Practical Exercises

Following each learning session, leaders are provided with a practical exercise designed to implement learning as well to bring their team along the learning and change journey.

Activities are approximately 30 minutes, making them quick and easy to do.

Reinforce Learning with  Group Coaching

An important part of learning is the opportunity to check-in, ask questions and reflect on progress.

Leaders will have the opportunity to join weekly coaching and mentoring sessions to ask questions, share ah-ha's, wins and challenges; and seek ongoing guidance.

Start Coaching with Tools and Resources

Leaders will have access to a full suite of coaching tools and resources they can start using to support coaching their teams straight away.

Something missing?

Leaders can also request the build of tools and templates to meet a required need.

Continue Developing with Masterclasses

As part of their continuous learning journey, leaders will have access to additional Masterclasses that dive deep dive into a range of hot topics in leadership.

These topics will be based on key conversations and queries shared in group coaching, community discussions, or based on specific requests.

Learn With and Through Others

There is nothing quite like learning from others.

And how better than through a community of like minded leaders on the same journey.

Leaders be granted access to our private community where they can ask questions, collaborate, cheerlead others or seek an objective ear when your leaders need to debrief.

And most importantly - access to continued support...

Once the 15 weeks is completed, your leaders will continue to receive full access to support for 6 months.

They'll have access to:

1. All recorded modules in bite-sized videos to revisit and refresh their knowledge

2. All practical activities and exercises

3. Weekly group coaching sessions for continued guidance

4. The full library of tools and resources

5. All Masterclasses for continued learning

6. Ongoing access to the leader community.

Before this course, I found myself micromanaging a lot of my team members’ tasks, however I have a better understanding on how the brain functions and why we react and think in various situations and how to use this insight to enable and support growth mindset thinking within the team. Gaining an understanding of coaching, how this differs from training and mentoring and identifying opportunities to coach, allowed me to focus on other areas of my department.
