For the last 20 years, I have been immersed in the world of Human Resources. My journey has led me to work closely with leaders, offering invaluable guidance to enhance their effectiveness, whilst also contributing to the design and delivery of strategic people initiatives within complex corporate environments, small businesses and non-profit organisations. Having provided direct support and expert advice on many complex employee issues, I've gained first-hand insight into the impact this has on individuals, leaders and their team.

For 10 years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse businesses, helping them to design and evolve their coaching and organisational development strategies with the aim of fostering a coaching culture.

This has provided me with extensive experience and knowledge of the neuroscience of coaching and leadership behaviours, best practice and current trends in workplace coaching, quality evaluation and feedback methods, developing high-performance teams, and nurturing effective cultures. This experience afforded me with profound insights into the limitations of current Leader as Coach programs and strategies to cultivate a coaching culture in organisations. ​

I developed Coachable consulting with an aim providing a holistic approach to developing leaders as coaches, by equipping them with the knowledge, guidance and support to build the coachability of their team whilst developing a coaching mindset and habits to achieve lasting change.
